What are the benefits of bath bombs? Sep 03, 2022
The main benefits of bath bombs are additional hydration and softening of the skin. Depending on which ingredients are included, they could also have additional benefits for treating specific skin concerns. For instance, some bombs may include moisturizing agents for extra-dry skin or natural anti-inflammatory ingredients for eczema.   How often should you use a bath bomb? Most bath bombs can be used at least a few times a week, and if you're a daily bath-taker, you might be able to use one every time you soak. However, if you experience irritation, unusually dry skin, or another skin concern, you may want to use them less frequently or discontinue use altogether.   Do bath bombs expire? Like most other skincare products, bath bombs will eventually expire. While the lifespan depends on the ingredients, formulation, and packaging, you can expect them to hold up for a year, give or take. Unless it's moldy or rancid, an expired bath bomb may not cause any harm. However, it might not dissolve or create the desired effervescent effect anymore.     What to Look for When Buying Bath Bombs?   Ingredients When browsing bath bombs, be sure to look carefully at the ingredients list. As Ross explains, they combine wet and dry components to cleanse the skin. In addition, they could include softening agents, which will make your skin feel extra soft after a bath. Cleansing and softening ingredients often include sea salt, Epsom salt, baking soda, clay, matcha powder, oat flour, glycerin, and coconut oil. Many bath bombs also moisturize with shea butter, cocoa butter, and plant oils, such as jojoba, safflower, sweet almond, sunflower, hemp, and meadowfoam.   Scent One of the most important considerations of a bath bomb is the scent, as they're often formulated with aromatherapy in mind. Some invoke a calming, peaceful ambiance, while others are more refreshing, rejuvenating, or invigorating.   Size/Quantity Bath bombs come in various sizes, ranging from about 1.5 ounces to roughly 7 ounces. With smaller fizzies, you may need to use two or three per bath, whereas larger options offer a hefty dose of cleansers, skin softeners, and aromatherapy.
  • How to Use Bath Bombs?
How to Use Bath Bombs? Sep 09, 2022
Bath salt balls, also known as explosive bath salt balls, bubble bombs. Its use process is like throwing an oversized vitamin C effervescent tablet into the bathtub to quickly foam. Common bath salts are mostly composed of natural land salt, natural sea salt, minerals and plant essential oils. Baking soda and citric acid are added to the explosive salt, which produces an effervescent effect when exposed to water. The main materials are citric acid and sodium bicarbonate, and then add surfactants and anti-caking agents, as well as sodium sulfate, sodium chloride, etc. It dissolves quickly in water.     The advantage of using the explosive bath salt ball is that it adds a lot of fun while cleaning and moisturizing the skin. In contact with water, it produces rich foam and gorgeous colors, which are very popular with children and young girls abroad.   Generally speaking, you don't need to rinse again after taking a bath with explosive bath salts, but if the essential oil content of the salt ball is high, you need to rinse a little.     How to Use Explosive Bath Salts:   1. Fill the bathtub with one-third of the warm water first, then put the bath salt ball into the bathtub, and then continue to fill the bathtub with water, so that the bath salt bomb will completely melt.   2. Then you can take a bath. If the bath salt ball is a no-rinse formula, then there is no need to rinse with water after the bath, which can leave valuable essential oils for the skin. If it contains ingredients that must be rinsed off, rinse it off with clean water.   3. The dosage of bath salt balls is based on their own purposes, such as for foot bathing, just take a small amount of bath salt balls.     Bath bombs nourish the skin to a great extent, promote blood circulation, and aid in the body's natural healing. Best of all, a good bath is relaxing, so it's an excellent way to de-stress for those tired from the stress of everyday work.

What is a PET Bottle and Why is PET Plastic Suitable for Bottles?   PET is a popular choice for plastic bottles because of its unrivaled strength-to-weight ratio, cost reduction, transportation savings compared to its glass counterparts, and its track record for safety and reliability when packaging consumer products.   From the onset of the manufacturing process, PET is engineered to be a strong, yet pliable material that allows for its use in several different types of plastic bottles and containers. It is important to note that each bottle is tested and carefully monitored to meet safety standards. By using compounds such as PET, we can have safe plastic bottle containers that save energy throughout manufacturing, are economical to make and are also recyclable and sustainable.     Is PET Plastic Safe?   PET plastic is a safe packaging material for many food and beverage products. PET plastic has been approved as safe for food and beverage contact by the FDA in the United States and similar regulatory bodies across North America and around the globe for more than 30 years.    One of the main concerns from the general public has been the “leeching” of chemicals from plastic bottles into the products they are consuming. As part of its assessment, the FDA checks for the transfer of plastic components and other substances to the liquid contents of the bottle, which has been within safe standards.   In summary, PET is the most widely trusted plastic for direct-to-consumer goods, especially for beverage and food packaging. There are many reasons why so many companies and brands use it. Its strength and flexibility are comparable to glass, But it is cheaper to produce and transport both before and after bottling.     YUCI offers a variety of PET products. • Is PET plastic safe?
Is PET plastic safe? Oct 15, 2022
What is PET made from? PET is a polymer of ethylene glycol and terephthalic acid. Pellets of PET resin are heated to a molten liquid, which can be easily extruded or molded into almost any shape. PET was first synthesized in the U.S. during the mid-1940s by DuPont chemists searching for polymers that could be used to make new textile fibers.   Is PET plastic harmful? PET has been approved as safe for contact with foodstuffs and beverages by the FDA, Health Canada, the European Food Safety Authority and virtually every other health-safety agency in the world. It has been used for food and beverage containers for decades without any known adverse effects.   Does the PET plastic packaging leach chemicals into the water? Single-serve bottled water containers are packaged in PET plastic. There are no chemical phthalates or bisphenol A (BPA) in PET plastic, and therefore PET plastic does not leach these substances. PET plastic is approved as safe for food and beverage contact by FDA and similar regulatory agencies throughout the world, and has been for more than 30 years. PET plastic is used in a variety of packaging for many foods, including everything from peanut butter, soft drinks and juices to beer, wine and spirits. Although BPA is not a chemical component of PET, the consensus among international regulatory agencies is that BPA is safe, and regulatory agencies in several countries and FDA have ruled favorably on the safety of BPA.   How do I know PET containers are safe for the things I eat or drink? PET is a biologically inert material that doesn't react with foods or beverages and is resistant to attack by micro-organisms. It's been thoroughly reviewed and approved as safe for contact with foods and drinks by the FDA, Health Canada, the European Food Safety Authority and other health-safety agencies. It has also been used by consumers around the world for more than 30 years without any known adverse effects. Extensive testing of PET and PET packaging has repeatedly shown it to be safe. PET itself is biologically inert if ingested.
  • How a PET bottle is manufactured
How a PET bottle is manufactured Oct 24, 2022
Plastic bottles can be seen everywhere in our day-to-day lives. Products such as water bottles, soda bottles, cooking oil, and food containers for mustard and ketchup and other food products are all made of plastic. As we know there are different types of plastics but for producing bottles that contain food or potable water, manufacturers prefer Polyethylene terephthalate which is also commonly known as PET. This material produces bottles that are lightweight, yet strong and durable. Although manufacturers may vary the process slightly based on proprietary methods, the basic method for producing bottles is universal.  Raw Materials  PET is a plastic resin derived from petroleum hydrocarbons. The producer creates long chains of plastic molecules through a process called polymerization and then mixes the material with several chemical compounds. They cut the resin into small pellets and send it on to the bottle manufacturer. The bottling plant mixes PET resin pellets with "regrind" -- recycled plastic that has been reduced to flakes. Plastic loses some of its physical properties when repeatedly heated, so manufacturers must limit the amount of regrind they use, typically capping this ingredient at 10% of the total mix. Unless producing clear bottles, dyes are introduced to the mix as well.  Building a Preform  An extruder melts the PET and regrinds the mix at temperatures of about 260 degrees Celsius. A screw inside the extruder compresses the PET mix and injects the nearly molten material into molds. The mold produces a bottle preform, which is sometimes called a parison. The preform looks like a thick-walled test tube, often including the bottle's characteristic screw top. The preform cools as it travels to a machine called a blow molder, and may need to be brought back up to the manufacturer's specified temperature for that operation. If necessary, the bottle manufacturer raises the temperature of the preform in a small oven.  Stretching the Preform  The preforms enter a two-part mold that closes around it. The inside of this mold is shaped exactly like the finished bottle. Inside, a long needle pushes up through the preform, which is suspended with the screw end facing downward. The needle stretches the preform upward toward the top of the mold -- which will be the bottom of the bottle -- and simultaneously blasts enough pressurized air into the preform to force it against the sides of the mold. This stretch blow molding process must happen quickly to maintain the bottle's integrity and consistent shape. Some manufacturers weld a separate bottom piece to the bottle during blow molding, while others produce a bottom from the preform along with the rest of the bottle. Cooling and Trimming  The bottle must be cooled almost instantly or it will lose its shape when gravity causes it to creep downward in its malleable, heated state. Some manufacturers cool the bottle by circulating cold water or liquid nitrogen through the mold, others elect to fill it with a shot of air at room temperature. The mold typically yields a clean bottle, but some flashing may occur at the bottle seams, where the two mold halves meet. If so, operators trim away the excess material and add it to the regrind. This is basically how a PET bottle is manufactured.  Compared to other plastics, PET has a high recycling rate. In India, around 1.3 Billion PET bottles are produced every day and according to the government, around 80 percent of these used bottles are collected and recycled and reused to make new PET bottles. And with the rate of consumption growth in the country, the number of production of these bottles is only going higher in the future.
